Newly Renovated 21-Foot Wide 1850's Townhouse in Historic DUMBO

This c. 1852 Early Greek Revival style townhouse was restored and renovated from top to bottom, highlighting its original features. After a year-long renovation, it has emerged as a shining example of a mid-19th century townhouse in the Vinegar Hill Historic District. During the restoration, a bounty of modern features were brought in, including the brand new kitchen and bathrooms, wide plank white oak flooring with radiant heat throughout, central air conditioning, double-glazed windows, and select smart home features.

Entered up the stoop, a foyer leads to an open parlor floor with south-facing living area, central kitchen, and garden-facing dining room.
