Having purchased and renovated her own townhouse, she understands firsthand how stressful buying, selling, and renovating a home can be. Bringing an unusual degree of knowledge and expertise to her clientele, her number one goal is to make the entire process as efficient and stress-free as possible.
After moving to NYC from the Midwest, Kerrie formed a deep love and knowledge of the many vibrant and diverse neighborhoods that make this city great. She has represented buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across Manhattan and Brooklyn. Having handled everything from co-ops, condos, and new developments to landmarked brownstones, Kerrie is the knowledgeable resource you need and want on your side.
Kerrie was named to Halstead Real Estate’s Emerald Club, which includes agents who have sold a property between $6-$10 million dollars. When not working or traveling, she can be found hanging out on her stoop with her husband, two kids, and a dog named Louis.
