Christopher Crawford is a leading real estate professional who has completed a high-volume of transactions in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Originally from New Jersey, Christopher has lived in New York City for 5+ years and currently resides in Williamsburg, where he loves the vibrant community. In his free time, he likes to stay active by working out, golfing, playing basketball, and enjoys trying different restaurants in the neighborhood. He is an avid NY sports fan and is looking forward to a Jets Super Bowl in 2024. Christopher also enjoys heading to family homes down the Jersey Shore in the summer and in Vermont in the winter.

Jordan Crystal is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with the Harkov Lewis Team. Jordan started her career in the fashion industry in wholesale sales. She transferred her skill set to the world of custom menswear and now brings her customer service, client relationship focus, and unmatched energy to her work on the Harkov Lewis Team!

With more than eight years of sales experience, Jordan provides the highest level of service to her clients with a sharp attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. She brings peerless focus and dedication to her client relationships and believes every real estate journey—like a good suit—should be tailor made.

Jordan graduated with an Accounting and Marketing degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Her passions lie within fashion, interior design, cooking, and all things NYC.

Christian Emanuel is a Licensed Salesperson and an eight-year veteran of real estate sales.

He is passionate about architectural history and the ways in which the city’s development over time affects how we build, buy, sell, and live today. From building technology and zoning to social and political history, and from architectural styles to neighborhood identity, Christian has a unique and robust knowledge of New York’s built environment.

In addition to his historical insights and research specialties, Christian brings a high degree of specificity to key aspects of home searches and sales, including comparable analyses, valuations, property provenance, and tailored advertising and marketing strategies.In his spare time, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Historic Districts Council, a non-profit organization that advocates for historic neighborhoods across the five boroughs.

Christie LaRusso

Christie applies her insider expertise as a former broker/operator at a development and resale firm to benefit her clientele of developers, sellers, and buyers alike. Having brokered over 200 transactions and brought 11 boutique developments to market, Christie brings a comprehensive knowledge of the market, new development, marketing strategies, and creative deal structuring for both sides of the table. Her true insight, though, comes from an innate understanding of her clients and their needs. Christie believes in putting people first, and in the process, has also established a trusted network of industry professionals to help serve her clients, from architects and contractors to mortgage brokers and attorneys.

Prior to joining New York City’s fantastic world of real estate, Christie honed her eye for detail during some post-college glory days on PEOPLE Magazine’s dotcom editorial staff. Christie graduated cum laude a hop, skip, and jump away at Connecticut’s Fairfield University. An original New Yorker born in the fifth borough (Staten Island), she was raised on the shores of New Jersey. She currently resides on another waterfront in Williamsburg, where she back-bends to her heart’s content in hot yoga and happily returns home from travel and culinary adventures near and far.

Approaching every interaction with honesty and integrity, Kerrie builds relationships with her clients that far outlast any individual transaction. Maximilian McConell Rogers

Maximilian studied International Business at Loyola University in New Orleans and completed his BA at The New School with a focus in Philosophy. He spent time as a public policy intern for Coinbase before transitioning to sales.

Caryn Silver has gained a breadth of experience in multiple facets of the residential real estate industry over the past 20 years. Having entered the industry working for a developer, she was involved with pre-development planning, marketing, market research, legal, development and sales. Prior to joining the Harkov Lewis Team, she worked at Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing as Aguayo Team Manager. Caryn was responsible for operations and accounting for well over $1 billion in sales volume, along with supporting a team of 17 agents, and marketing over 15 boutique new development projects.

At the Harkov Lewis Team, Caryn heads operations, and brings her organizational and analytical skills, structured problem solving, meticulous attention to detail, and hands-on approach to deliver dependable, quality work and establish strong and trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
